The hotel is conveniently located on the outskirts of Thirsk, close to the station that I needed. The rooms provided comfortable beds but lacked toiletries. The service was top-notch with excellent customer service from the friendly staff members. However, there was only one member of staff on duty during my stay. The dining experience included delightful dishes prepared by the brilliant chef and assorted muffins. The facilities were satisfactory with adequate amenities. The price offered good value for money compared to similar options in the area.
